Team Warrior Concepts mixed martial arts school in Springfield, coached by Lex James and Scot Ward, sent two youth competitors to this weekend's North American Grappling Association Submission Fighting Championship in Chicago.

Daniel Meredith placed second in the division for 9-year-olds, and Lincoln's own Austin Swarts won the championship among the 13-year-olds, winning each fight by submission.
