[May 16, 2011]  MIAMI (AP) -- A Miami imam and two of his sons are due in court on charges they helped support the Pakistani Taliban.

Seventy-six-year-old Hafiz Muhammed Sher Ali Khan and his 24-year-old son Izhar Khan, who leads another Florida mosque, are set to make their first appearance Monday in a Miami courtroom. Another son, 37-year-old Irfan Khan, is due to appear in Los Angeles, where he was arrested.

All three are accused of funneling about $50,000 to promote the terrorist organization.

Family members have called the allegations "baseless."
