The Hartsburg-Emden FFA had their annual awards and recognition program on Thursday. Officers installed for the 2011-2012 year are Josiah Klokkenga, president; Will Clark and Dusty Paulus, co-vice presidents; Drew Wenninger, secretary; Chase Griffith, treasurer; Danielle Hill and Mary Rankin, reporters; Dylan Swinford and Hayden Vest, sentinels; Alli Watts and Sydney Jo Zamora, historians; and Cody Anderson, Nathan Newby and Tommy Snyder, student council representatives.
