U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton says the United States has "a set of expectations" it wants the government in Pakistan to meet, including help combating terrorism.
Clinton acknowledged Thursday that Pakistan has not always done all that the U.S. wanted to go after militants hiding on its soil. But she says the U.S. will keep trying, because it's in its interest to have a strong relationship with Pakistan.
Clinton did not directly answer a question about whether she's disappointed in how Pakistan's leaders have responded to the death of Osama bin Laden.
