LAWSON DRAIN COVERS 

Lawson Aquatics is recalling pool drain covers sold nationwide. The recalled drain covers were incorrectly rated to handle the flow of water through the cover, which could pose a possible entrapment hazard. 

The recall involves various pool and spa drain covers that can be identified by Lawson's name and model information on the cover. The recall involves covers with model numbers: MLD-FGD-1818, MLD-GOD-1818, MLD-SG-1818, FI-SG-181818, FI-SG-181824. 

Pool owners/operators and consumers who have one of the recalled pool or spa drain covers should contact Lawson Aquatics at [phone] between 8:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. ET Monday through Friday to receive a replacement or retrofit. More info at www.recalls.org.

PARAMOUNT DRAIN COVERS 

Paramount Pool & Spa Systems is recalling MDX pool and spa drain covers sold nationwide. The recalled drain covers were incorrectly rated to handle the flow of water through the cover, which could pose a possible entrapment hazard. 

The recall involves one pool and spa drain cover, Model MDX, (sold after 12/18/2008). Markings on the cover will indicate MDX logo, a maximum flow rating of 64 GPM, ASME A112.19.8 -- 2007, VGB 2008 and include the USPC Shield. 

Pool owners/operators and consumers who have one of the recalled pool or spa drain covers should immediately contact Paramount at [phone] between 6:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. MT Monday through Friday to receive a replacement cover. More info at www.recalls.org.

DRAIN COVERS 

Waterway Plastics is recalling pool drain covers sold nationwide. The recalled drain covers were incorrectly rated to handle the flow of water through the cover, which could pose a possible entrapment hazard. 

This recall involves the pool and spa drain covers models listed below. The covers vary in size and shape, but bear model number and manufacturer name molded on the drain cover:

Model 640-81XX V, 8" Ultra Round
Model 640-311X, 10" Round
Model 640-470X V, 9" x 9" Grate and Frame
Model 640-475X V, 18" x 18" Grate and Frame 

Consumers who believe they have one of these drain covers in their pool or spa should contact Waterway Plastics at [phone] between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. PT Monday through Friday, or visit www.waterwayplastics.com to determine whether a replacement or retrofit is required. POOL AND SPA DRAIN COVERS 

Eight manufacturers are recalling pool and spa drain covers sold nationwide. The recalled drain covers were incorrectly rated to handle the flow of water through the cover, which could pose a possible entrapment hazard. 

The recall involves various pool and spa drain covers that can be identified by the manufacturers' name and model information listed at www.recalls.org.

FOOD PROCESSORS 

Walmart Stores Inc. is recalling General Electric® Food Processors sold exclusively at Walmart stores nationwide from September 2009 to February 2011. The safety interlock system on the recalled food processor can fail; allowing operation without the lid secured which poses a laceration hazard. In addition, the product can emit smoke, or catch fire, posing a fire hazard. 

This recall involves GE-branded digital, 14-cup food processors. The food processors are black with stainless steel trim, and model number 169203 is imprinted on the underside of the unit. 

Consumers should return the product to any Walmart for a full refund.

STIHL YARD PRODUCTS 

STIHL Inc. is recalling gas powered STIHL trimmers, brushcutters, KombiMotors, hedge trimmers, edgers, clearing saws, pole pruners, and backpack blowers that utilize a toolless fuel cap sold nationwide from July 2002 to May 2011. The level of ethanol and other fuel additives can distort the toolless fuel cap, allowing fuel to spill, posing a fire and burn hazard.

CRIBS 

Dream on Me Inc. is recalling full-Size and portable drop-side cribs sold nationwide from January 2006 to December 2009. Full-Size Cribs: The drop-side rail hardware can break or fail, allowing the drop side to detach from the crib. Portable Cribs: The drop-side rail hardware can break or fail, allowing the drop side to detach from the crib or fall unexpectedly. 

Full-Size Cribs: Models 613, 615, 616, 617, 619, 628, and 639 are included in this recall. The model number and "Dream on Me Inc." are printed on a label located on the inside of one of the end panels.

Portable Cribs: Model numbers 621, 625 and 627 are included in this recall. The model number and "Dream on Me Inc." are printed on a label located on the mattress board.
