[November 05, 2011] Nov. 6, 1986, is a day Mike Mosier will always remember. It was the day Mike found himself in the hospital, having surgery for acute appendicitis. The big problem was that Mike was supposed to be headed down the aisle to marry his bride in just 24 hours.

The day of the wedding, his doctors granted him leave for two short hours so that he could get married, then demanded he return to the hospital, where he stayed for an additional two days.

Michael J. and Donna Stone Mosier of Lawrenceville will celebrate their 25th wedding anniversary on Nov. 7.

Michael is the son of John Mosier and the late Patricia Mosier of Lincoln. Donna's parents are Linda Tripplett and the late James Tripplett of Middletown.

The couple resides in Lawrenceville, where they own and operate A & E Auto Glass.

Their marriage has been blessed with two children, Eric Mosier of Lawrenceville and Amanda Tiller and her husband, Jason, of Columbia, Ky.
