St. John's Lutheran Church is hosting a performance by the Risen Son Praise Band on Saturday, October 22, at 6:30 p.m. Refreshments will be served in the basement following the program.Residents from the community and surrounding area are invited to attend and share the musical talents of this group from Peoria.

First Baptist Church, 101 Broadway
hosts a community communion service each Tuesday at 12:15 pm. It lasts approximately 10 minutes and everyone in the community are invited to participate.

Remembering Friends and Loved Ones
Who Have Gone Before…
Lincoln Christian Church Sanctuary
Sunday, October 30 – 4:00 p.m.
Fellowship time to follow in Fireside Room
Everyone Invited A time to speak the names of deceased loved ones and light a candle in their honor and memory will be part of the service.
We would like to include a photo of every loved one who has died in the past year (since October 2010) in the service.
Please bring a photo to the Church office, or email one to [e-mail], by October 21st.
Please write both your loved one’s name and your name and phone number in pencil on the back so it can be  returned to you.
