A cold, drizzling night didn't deter the community from supporting Logan Correctional Center by coming out to the COGFA hearing last night. The 1,200-seat Earl C Hargrove Chapel was near capacity in support of keeping the prison open. The prison is one of seven facilities earmarked by Gov. Quinn for closure.
