ATLANTA -- Jeffrey M. Bell, 50, of
Springfield, formerly of Atlanta, died Friday, Aug. 10, 2012, at
Memorial Medical Center in Springfield.

Atlanta- Jeffrey M. Bell, 50, of Springfield
formerly of Atlanta passed away on Friday, August
10, 2012 at 1:56 p.m. at Memorial Medical Center in
Springfield.
Funeral Services for Mr. Bell will be held on
Tuesday, August 14, 2012 at 10:30 a.m. at the Quiram
Peasley Funeral Home in Atlanta with Rev. Glenn
Fontana officiating.
Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00
p.m. on Monday, August 13, 2012 at the funeral home.
Burial will be in the Atlanta Cemetery.
Jeffrey Michael Bell was born on August 12, 1961 in
Lincoln the son of Gideon Henderson Bell and
Marjorie Ann Koopman Bell.
Surviving Jeff are his siblings: Joe (Janet) Bell,
Pat (Linda) Bell both of Atlanta, Dan (Alice) Bell
of South Haven, Michigan, Sam (Rose McKinney) Bell of
Ft. Lauderdale, Fl., Ed Bell of Atlanta, Becky
(Tony) Maestas of Lincoln and Theresa (Stan) Hall of
Normal. Also surviving are many nieces and nephews.
His caregiver of the last 5 years Willie Crawford of
Springfield.

He was preceded in death by his parents.
Jeff was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church in
Atlanta.
He graduated from Olympia High School in 1980.
Jeff was an avid St. Louis Cardinal fan and an
animal lover.
Memorials may be made to St. Mary's Altar Society or
Charity of Donor's choice.
