The annual Lincoln Art & Balloon Festival doesn't just happen overnight. The event takes months of planning on the part of the Lincoln/Logan County Chamber of Commerce. Once the date arrives, it also takes hundreds of volunteers to keep everything running smoothly throughout the festival. This year the chamber is sending out an urgent call for volunteers. Read the article below to find out how you can help keep this long-standing tradition alive in Lincoln and Logan County.
