CEL board president resigns

Keith Birnbaum has tendered his
resignation as Chester-East Lincoln board president and board
member, effective immediately. Kenny Golden, board vice president,
will be assuming the duties of president, effective immediately,
until the scheduled reorganization of the board after the April
elections.
