Ronald A. "Ron" Bossingham, 61, of Lincoln, died Sunday,
Dec. 23, 2012, at St. John's Hospital in Springfield.

Ronald A. "Ron" Bossingham, 61, of Lincoln passed
away Sunday, December 23, 2012 at St. John's
Hospital in Springfield.
Visitation will be Wednesday, December 26, 2012 from
10AM until 12 Noon at Holland Barry & Bennett
Funeral Home in Lincoln. Funeral services will be 12
Noon on Wednesday also at the funeral home. Burial
will follow in St. Mary's Cemetery, Lincoln.
Ron was born July 4, 1951 in Lincoln, IL., the son
of John "Jack" and Anna E. (Klokkenga) Bossingham.
He married Mary L. Barry on September 19, 1970 in
Lincoln, IL.

Ron was a graduate of McLean Waynesville Armington
High School.
He proudly served his country in the US Army in Vietnam at
Phu Bai
from 1971-1972.
Ron worked 27 years at Lehn and Fink and most recently at International Paper in
Lincoln, IL.
He was an avid fisherman and sports fanatic: a die-hard LA Dodger fan.
Surviving are: his wife Mary Bossingham of Lincoln, IL., Son Nathan and his wife
Angie Bossingham, Son Josh and his wife Megan Bossingham, Daughter Angie and her
husband Eric Eskra all of Lincoln, IL. His grandchildren: Grace & Griffin
Bossingham and Maggie & Maci Eskra all of Lincoln, IL.
He was preceded in death by his parents John and Anna Bossingham, his brother
Johnnie L. Bossingham, and his sister MaryAnne Bossingham.
Memorial donations may be made to St. John's Hospital-Oncology or to The
American Cancer Society and will be accepted at the funeral home.
