 				As compared to last Friday, 
				Illinois country grain prices were lower on Wednesday afternoon.
				
				 
              
                Wheat prices were pushed lower due 
				to beneficial moisture from the latest snow storm, along with 
				the concern with poor export demand due to threatened strike by 
				longshoremen. 
				 
              
                Soybeans went lower despite the 
				announced sales of US soybeans by the USDA.
 				In Northern and Western Illinois country grain dealers quoted 
				shelled corn bids mostly 4 to 9 cents lower at 6.75-7.01.  
              
                Soybean bids were 6 to 11 cents 
				lower at 13.95-14.08.
 				In Central Illinois country grain dealers quoted shelled corn 
				bids were 9 cents lower at 6.84-7.02.  
              
                Soybean bids were 5 to 6 cents 
				lower at 14.12-14.31. 
 				In the Southern part of the state, shelled corn bids were 9 
				cents lower at 6.73-7.09. 
              
                Soybean bids were 6 to 7 cents 
				lower at 14.25-14.46. 
				 
              
                Wheat bids were 17 cents lower at
