Martha Harmon, age 105, of Lincoln, formerly of Upper Sandusky, Ohio passed away on Thursday, February 2, 2012 at St. Clara's Manor in Lincoln.
Mrs. Harmon was born Dec. 6, 1906, the only daughter of William A. and Anna (Eckert) High.
On June 21, 1942, she married Lawrence E. Harmon who preceded her in death May 4, 1998. Also deceased is a daughter, Mary Berger, three brothers, Paul, Harry, and Luther High, and sister-in-law Elizabeth “Cubby” High.
She is survived by a daughter Celia Ann (Robert) Jeckel, sons Larry (Judi) Harmon and John (Jo Weidman) Harmon, a sister-in-law Patsy High, a grandson Barry (Liz Newman) Harmon, granddaughters Laurie (David) Mesko, Natalie (Case) McGee, Carrie Harmon, Lindsay (Jack) Harmon-Matthews, Julie (Brian Williams) Harmon, step-grandson Heath (Sheila) Mathews, and great grandchildren Dylan Harmon, Andrew and Kate Mesko, and Sierra and Dorian Mathews.
Funeral Services for Martha H. Harmon will be held at 11:00am Tuesday, February 7, at the Lucas-Batton Funeral Home in Upper Sandusky with the Rev. Jarrod Schaaf officiating. Burial will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery in Upper Sandusky.
Visitations will be held on Monday, February 6, from 2:00pm to 4:00pm to 6:00pm to 8:00pm at the Lucas-Batton Funeral Home in Upper Sandusky.
