McNeil Consumer Healthcare Announces Recall of Infants' TYLENOL Oral Suspension, 1 oz. Grape Due to Dosing System Complaints

McNeil Consumer Healthcare, Division of McNEIL-PPC, Inc. ("McNeil"), is recalling seven lots, approximately 574,000 bottles, of Infants' TYLENOL Oral Suspension, 1 oz. Grape distributed nationwide in the United States (see full product list below).

McNeil is initiating this recall as a precaution after receiving complaints from consumers who reported difficulty using the Infants' TYLENOL SimpleMeasure dosing system.

Consumers can request a refund by visiting www.tylenol.com or contacting McNeil at 1-888-222-6036 (Monday-Friday 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Eastern Time; Saturday-Sunday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern Time).

LATCHES FOR UTILITY VEHICLES 

Pro Armor is recalling latches for Utility Vehicle Doors sold nationwide from January 2011 to November 2011. The latch pin can disengage from the latch allowing the door to open while the vehicle is moving. This can pose a risk of ejection of an unrestrained rider and impact or laceration hazards. 

The Pro Armor Slam Latches are black metal door latches sold for use in Polaris RZR, Can-Am Commander and Kawasaki Teryx utility vehicles.

HANDLEBAR STEMS 

Shimano American Corp. is recalling PRO Atherton Mountain Bike Handlebar Stems sold nationwide and in Canada from October 2009 to November 2010. The bolts holding the front plate of the stem to the stem body can be pulled out of the threads while the bike is being ridden, causing the rider to lose control of the bike and fall. 

This recall involves PRO Atherton direct mount bicycle handlebar stems with the model number PRSS0049 and supplied from October 2009 to November 2010. It has the word "PRO" in four places on the sides and the word "Atherton.". Stems with the following identification codes are being recalled: HH, HJ, HK, HL, IA, IC, ID, IE and IF. 

Consumers should take the stems to an authorized retailer to determine if is subject to the recall. Authorized retailers will replace 18mm bolts with 21mm bolts free of charge.

WOMEN'S BICYCLES 

Advanced Sports Inc. is recalling Fuji Saratoga Women's Bicycles sold nationwide from November 2007 to December 2011. The bicycle's frame can break in the center of the downtube during use, causing the rider to lose control and fall. 

The recalled bicycles are Fuji women's cruiser bicycles. The 2008 through 2010 models Saratoga 1.0, Saratoga 2.0, Saratoga 3.0 and Saratoga 4.0 are included. "Fuji" and "Saratoga" alone or "Saratoga" along with the model number is printed on the frame of the bicycle. Serial numbers beginning with ICFJ7, ICFJ8, ICFJ9, ICFJ10 and ICFJ11 are included in this recall. The serial number is located on the bottom of the frame near the crank: 

Consumers should return the bicycle to any authorized Fuji Bicycle dealers for a free replacement frame.

HONDA ATVS 

American Honda is recalling All-Terrain Vehicle (ATV) sold nationwide from September 2011 to January 2012. A weld on the ATV's front right upper suspension arm can separate, causing the driver to lose control of the vehicle, posing a crash hazard. 

The recalled vehicles are two-wheel drive 2012 Honda FourTrax Rancher ATV models TRX420TE and TRX420TM. The ATVs are red or green and have the word "Honda" on both sides of the fuel tank and the word "Rancher" on the front cowl below the handlebars and on the left rear fender. FAN HEATERS 

Meijer is recalling Touch Point Fan Heaters sold at Mejer stores in Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan and Ohio from September 2011 to November 2011.Exposed and unshielded electrical components can cause the heater to overheat and melt, posing fire and electrical shock hazards. 

This recall involves Touch Point brand oscillating forced air fan heaters with model number HW-218 and date code 0811. The model number and date code are on a silver sticker on the bottom of the heater. Universal Product Code (UPC) 7-13733-30927-1 is on the bottom of the packaging. 

Consumers should return them to any Meijer store for a full refund.

RADIO MODULES FOR SECURITY SYSTEMS 

2GIG Technologies is recalling GSM Radio Modules Used in Go!Control Panels sold nationwide from December 2010 to October 2011. GSM radio modules used inside Go!Control Panels for home security systems can overheat and combust, resulting in a fire or burn hazard. 

The GSM radio module in the Go!Control Panel enables wireless communication between the home security system and alarm monitoring companies. The Go!Control panels are 6-inches high and 8.5-inches wide and are made of white plastic. The recalled radio modules are a component used inside the Go!Control panels. 

2GIG has directed home security companies to contact consumers, who will receive a free, installed replacement module.

ROOF TILES 

Suntech America is recalling SolarBlend™ Roof Tiles sold in Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Kansas and Nevada from October 2009 to March 2011. The connectors between the solar roof tiles can become loose, posing a fire hazard. 

SolarBlend roof tiles replace conventional roof tiles to provide solar energy to the building. This recall involves all SolarBlend roof tiles with model numbers STP050D-5/ZCB (brown), STP050D-5/ZCF (terra cotta), and STP050D-5/ZCG (gray).

BACKPACK BLOWERS 

ECHO is recalling Powered Backpack Blowers sold nationwide from August 2011 to January 2012. The fuel line between the fuel tank and carburetor could have been damaged during assembly leading to fuel leakage, posing a fire hazard. 

This recall involves two models of the ECHO 2-cycle gas powered backpack blowers. The 25.4 cc blowers are orange and black in color and "ECHO" is printed on the pull starter housing and blower tube. Serial and model numbers can be found at www.recalls.org

Consumers should return the blowers to an authorized ECHO servicing dealer for a free repair.

GAS CYLINDERS 

Worthington Cylinders Wisconsin is recalling Map Pro, Propylene and MAPP Gas Cylinders sold nationwide and in Canada from October 2004 to January 2012. The seal on the cylinders can leak after torches or other fuel consuming equipment are disconnected from them, posing a fire hazard.

The cylinders contain propylene gas and are used for soldering, brazing, cutting and welding. They contain 14.1 oz Map-Pro, 14.1 oz Propylene or 16 oz MAPP (Methyl Acetylene Propadiene Stabilized).. Kelty is recalling Kelty Single and Double Jogging Strollers sold nationwide from January 2010 to February 2012. The front wheel can come loose during use and cause the stroller to tip over, posing a fall and injury hazard. 

This recall involves Kelty Speedster Swivel Deluxe single jogging strollers and Swivel Deuce double jogging strollers. "Kelty Kids" is embroidered on the front of the stroller in the child's leg area. The model numbers can be found at www.recalls.org.
