Tuesday night the Lincoln City Council accepted an appointment by Mayor Keith Snyder, making Susan Gehlbach the city’s new city clerk. In turn, Gehlbach asked for the council's consent and approval to appoint Joy Fulk as her deputy clerk. The two will assume their new positions immediately.
