Kodak, Ford, TiVo, Lululemon are big movers

[January 05, 2012]  NEW YORK (AP) -- Stocks that moved substantially or traded heavily Wednesday on the New York Stock Exchange and Nasdaq Stock Market:

Eastman Kodak Co., down 18 cents at 47 cents

The Wall Street Journal reported that the photography company is preparing for a Chapter 11 bankruptcy filing in coming weeks.

Liz Claiborne Inc., up 80 cents at $9.41

The clothing maker said it is changing its name to Fifth & Pacific Cos. in May after selling its namesake brand in November.

Ford Motor Co., up 17 cents at $11.30

Thanks to strong demand for its trucks and SUVs, the automaker said vehicle sales rose 11 percent to 2.1 million in 2011.

American Eagle Outfitters Inc., down 56 cents at $15.16

A Janney Capital Markets analyst upgraded the teen retailer's stock to "Buy," saying that the company performed well over the holiday season.

Goodrich Petroleum Corp., up $1.36 at $15.96

The Houston-based oil and gas producer said that it expects to more than double oil production this year while it cuts spending.

TiVo Inc., up 90 cents at $9.82

AT&T Inc. will have to pay the digital video recorder maker at least $215 million through June 2018 to settle a patent lawsuit.

Lululemon Athletica Inc., up $4.12 at $51.15

Investment firm Goldman Sachs added the fitness-wear company's stock to its list of top stock picks, citing its sales growth.

Clearwire Corp., down 8 cents at $1.92

A Kaufman Bros. analyst downgraded the wireless company's stock saying it may need more debt financing to build out its network.
