Tuesday evening Bill and Kathy Vinyard were honored as the Ward 2 residents of the year in the city of Lincoln. The Vinyards, pictured here with Mayor Keith Snyder and their grandchildren, are very active in local projects, including Paint the Town Red, Plant the Park and From the Ground Up.
