Chris Fehr, owner of Liberty Tax Service in Lincoln, was visiting local businesses on Tuesday, handing out $50 bills. The bills weren't real but were meant to introduce an incentive that could get his customers real money when they visit his office. The tax service, now open in the former Long John Silver's building on Woodlawn Road, is looking forward to a busy tax season in Lincoln. A ribbon-cut is planned for the near future.
