Please join our ALPHA group on Thursday nights at 6:00p.m at the Atlanta Eminence Community Building, corner of Race & 6^th St in Atlanta. ALPHA is for anyone and everyone especially: 1.) those who want to investigate Christianity 2.) new Christians 3.) those new to the church and 4.) those who want to deepen their understanding and faith. There is NO CHARGE for the ALPHA course. ALPHA will last 10 weeks beginning Jan. 12^th. A meal and child care will be provided each week. ALPHA is a relaxed, friendly and fun time with others seeking understanding about their faith and beliefs. For more information please call 309-824-2331.
The LAMA (Lincoln Area Ministerial Association) will have their first meeting of 2012 on Wednesday January 25 at 11:30 AM. January's meeting will be hosted by Pastor Andrew Nyren and the Immanuel Lutheran Church family located at 1409 Pulaski Street. A meal will be provided. The meeting last from 11:30-1:00. If you are a Pastor, Minister, or other Clergy leader in Lincoln or the surrounding areas you are invited to attend. Currently there are sixteen different churches/ministries represented.
