"Mindy exhibits a positive attitude every day. She shows compassion
for the families that she works with, passion for the job that she
does, and creativity for the lessons that she teaches," said the
co-worker nominating her. Allard has been a part of Community
Action since November 2008. Her co-workers agree that she works well
with others and is a positive influence in the classroom. They know
she is dependable and is always willing to step up to assist others.
She was presented with a plaque and $50 gift card by Beth
Fleshman, deputy director.
