JULY 18

TV MOUNTING SYSTEMS 

TRUMPF Medical Systems is recalling Ondal AC2000 (PDI) Television Mounting Systems sold nationwide from January 2005 to December 2011. The arm joints on the television mounting system do not have a washer at the top joint which can result in excessive wear and pose a fall hazard. 

The mounting systems were sold for use in hospital Intensive Care Units.

TRAMPOLINES 

Panline USA is recalling Alex ® Model 786X Little Jumpers Trampolines sold nationwide from January to March 2012. The handlebar can break, causing a fall hazard. 

The product is a small, toddler-sized trampoline. A white label is sewn into the underside of the orange pads which has "786X Little Jumpers Trampoline" printed above the bar code. This recall involves trampolines with the codes 21011-P0003070, 21011-P0003246, 25511-P0003071, 27811-P0003372, 29811-P0003373 and 34211-P0003375. This code is printed underneath the barcode.

SLEIGH BEDS 

Samuel Lawrence Furniture is recalling Full- and Twin-Size Bordeaux Collection Bed Frames sold nationwide and in Canada from August 2009 to April 2012. The hardware holding the headboard and footboard can loosen or detach, posing a fall hazard.

This recall includes Bordeaux Collection full- and twin-size sleigh beds with wooden headboards and footboards in a cherry finish. "Bordeaux" and a model number are printed on a white label on the back of the headboard and footboard. Model numbers for the recalled beds are 8070-242 and 8070-243 for the full-size and 8070-232 and 8070-233 for the twin-size.

GOLF CARTS 

Club Car recalls Golf cars and transport vehicles sold nationwide from March 2012 to May 2012. The fuel hose can separate from the fuel tank, posing a fire hazard. 

The recalled vehicles are various sizes, models and colors of 2012 gas-powered golf and transport vehicles used for short-distance transportation. A complete list can be found at www.recalls.org

POWER STRIPS 

Burlington Coat Factory is recalling Lush Life® power strips sold nationwide from July 2011 to March 2012. The power strips have undersized wiring which poses a risk of shock. In addition, the wiring and plastic strip fail to meet fire resistance safety standards, posing a fire hazard. 

This recall involves four designs of power strips. The vibrantly designed power strips come in four prints including, leopard, rose, skull and zebra. Model numbers 12256, 12257, 22563 and 22575 can be found on the six-outlet power strip. 

Consumers should return the power strips to the place of purchase for a full refund or store credit.

CHILDREN'S BEACH CHAIRS 

Downeast Concepts is recalling Folding Beach Chairs sold nationwide from June 2011 to June 2012. The recalled children's beach chairs have exposed, sharp metal rivets, posing a laceration hazard. 

The recalled children's folding beach chairs have white aluminum tube frames and pink, yellow, blue or purple fabric seats and chair backs with fish, palm trees or mermaid decorations. 

Consumers should return the chairs to Downeast Concepts for a full refund.
