LINCOLN --
Ronald P. "Bud" Ingram Jr., 60, of Lincoln, passed away Saturday,
July 21, 2012, at 7:27 p.m., at Memorial Medical Center in
Springfield.

Lincoln: Ronald P. "Bud" Ingram Jr., 60, of Lincoln,
passed away at 7:27 P.M. Saturday July 21, 2012 at
Memorial Medical Center in Springfield.
Bud was born on March 17, 1952 in Lincoln, the son
of Ronald P. and Dorothy Maurer Ingram Sr. He
graduated from Lincoln Community High School Class
of 1971 and was in the Air National Guard. He
retired from the Illinois Department of Corrections
at Logan Prison in Lincoln after 25 years of
service.

He is survived by two sons, Randy (Meillissia)
Ingram of Decatur and Brian (Abby) Ingram of
Lincoln, four brothers, Larry (Verdeen) Ingram of
Lincoln, Ron (Yvonne) Purdue of Lincoln, Robert
(Michelle) Purdue of California and Ben Ingram
address unknown, two sisters Kathy (Jack) Yates of
Lincoln and Suzi (Jim) Peterson of Bulverde, TX. He
is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins
and his loving pet Jake.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Memorial services for Bud will be Saturday, July 28,
2012 at 2:00 p.m. at Fricke-Calvert-Schrader
Funeral Home in Lincoln. Visitation will be
Friday from 4:00-7:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
Burial will be at New Union Cemetery in Lincoln with
full military rites accorded. Memorials may be made
to the Logan County Humane Society.
