Illinois country grain prices were
mixed on Monday afternoon, with corn and wheat higher and
soybeans lower.
Many grain terminals along the
Illinois River raised their corn and soybean basis by 1 to 2
cents.
In Northern and Western Illinois country grain dealers quoted
shelled corn bids mostly 13 to 17 cents at 5.85-6.01.
Soybean bids traded mostly 1 to 4
cents lower at 13.10-13.29.
In Central Illinois country grain dealers quoted shelled corn
bids were 15 to 19
cents higher at 5.83-6.01.
Soybean bids were mostly 1 to 5
cents lower at 13.23-13.40.
In the Southern part of the state, shelled corn bids were 12 to
20 cents higher
at 5.89-6.18.
Soybean bids were 1 to 4 cents
lower at 13.28-13.44.
Wheat bids were mostly 7 to 14
cents higher at 6.04-6.31.
