 Seal coat, commonly referred to as oil and chip, is used as
preventive maintenance on most of the roads in the county.
Approximately 120 miles of roadway will be seal-coated this year
within Logan County. Motorists are asked to obey all construction
signs and avoid driving through fresh oil.
The public's cooperation and patience is always appreciated as
the highway department maintains local roads.
