It's a done deal. Tuesday at noon, the city of Lincoln, along with Atlanta, Mount Pulaski, Emden, Ipava, Table Grove and the unincorporated areas of Logan County, selected an electricity provider. The company called Integrys will sell electricity to residents and small businesses in these communities for a rate close to $0.02 less than the current Ameren rate.
