Illinois country grain prices were
mixed on Tuesday afternoon, with corn lower and soybean higher.
The USDA's corn ending stocks
report was at 851 million bushels which was 25 million bushels
more than traders expected, while the soybean stocks were
reported at 175 million bushels a near 20 million bushels under
trade expectations.
In Northern and Western Illinois country grain dealers quoted
shelled corn bids 8 to 11 cents lower at 6.01-6.16.
Soybean bids traded 8 to 11 cents
higher at 14.20-14.35.
In Central Illinois country grain dealers quoted shelled corn
bids were 8 to 11 cents lower at 6.07-6.21.
Soybean bids were mostly 10 cents
higher at 14.17-14.35. Wheat bids were 16 cents lower at
6.09-6.14. In the Southern part of the state, shelled corn bids were 7 to
11 cents lower at 6.11-6.26.
Soybean bids were 7 to 12 cents
higher at 14.22-14.47.
Wheat bids were 9 to 15 cents lower at 6.04-6.23.
