Construction starting Monday on County Highway 1 south of Mount Pulaski

[June 21, 2012]  Beginning Monday, County Highway 1, also known as Spring Street, will be closed south of Mount Pulaski in order to widen and resurface the existing 0.792 miles of roadway.

This work is expected to take two months to complete, and the roadway will be closed to traffic during construction.

The cooperation and patience of the public is always appreciated during the construction season as the highway department continues to improve the safety of our roadways.
