Selling Two Tracts of Land located along
Interstate I-55 West of Lincoln, IL.
Parcel One: 21.25 Acres
Parcel Three: 13.977 Acres
AUCTION TERMS: Selling
two parcels of land located in Sections 27 and 34 of Township 20 North,
Range 3 West of the Third Principal Meridian, Logan County, IL. Buyer(s)
to enter into a written agreement on the day of the Auction requiring
10% of the purchase price as down payment with the balance due at
closing. Closing will be on or about August 15, 2012. The cropland is
subject to a 50-50 lease and the new Buyer(s) will receive the
Landlord’s share of the crop and pay Landlord’s expenses. Possession
will be given on February 28, 2013. Each parcel of this farm has been
assigned a number based on a certified land survey conducted by Michael
Foster, dated 4-12-12. The final sale prices will be determined by
multiplying the highest successful bid by 21.25 acres for Parcel One and
by 13.977 acres for Parcel Three. There is no parcel Two. The Seller
will pay the 2011 Real Estate Taxes due in 2012, by allowing the Buyer a
credit at closing. The Buyer will pay subsequent years real estate
taxes. The sale of this land is not subject to the ability of the Buyers
to obtain financing. The information contained within the auction
