The Illinois Community Choice
Aggregation Network, known as ICCAN, and the Lincoln & Logan County
Development Partnership are announcing a local education effort to
help inform voters on utility aggregation and how it can affect
them. This collaborative plans to have town hall meetings in the
communities that plan to place this opportunity on their ballot. All
Logan County citizens are invited to attend and ask questions.
