The Crossroads College Chorale will be in Concert at Lincoln Christian
Church, Monday, March 26 at 7:00 p.m. Crossroads College is located in
Rochester, Minnesota. The Crossroads Chorale features 30 students who will be in
Lincoln as a part of their Spring tour through the Midwest. Please join us for a
fantastic night of worship! A love-offering will be collected to help the

Beginning
with a 9:00 A.M. Palm Sunday service on Sunday, April 1,
featuring the children of the congregation leading a procession with
palms at the opening of the service, the congregation of Immanuel
Lutheran Church invites the community to participate in our Holy
Week observances. On Maundy Thursday, April 5 at 7:00 P.M.,
communion will be offered to all baptized believers during the
service which will conclude by stripping the altar and leaving the
building in silence. On Good Friday, April 6 at 7:00 P.M., a
Service of Tenebrae will be held, featuring readings and hymns
illustrating our Savior's journey to the Cross and concluding with
the church in darkness. The Easter Sunrise service at 6:30 A.M. will
begin with a darkened sanctuary which becomes illuminated with the
proclamation of the Resurrection. Following this communion service,
breakfast will be served by the youth of the congregation. A free
will offering will be accepted. Sunday Festival Worship will be held
at 9:00 A.M. on Easter and will include the celebration of
communion.
Immanuel Lutheran Church,1409 Pulaski Street, is the church
by the high school with ample parking and wheel chair accessibility.

VBS Adventure in the Son! June 24-28, 2012 at Lincoln Christian Church,
204 N. McLean St. in Lincoln. Join us this summer for Sonrise National Park VBS,
a week of fun in the Son! As they participate in fun-filled activities, kids
will be pointed directly to Jesus! We will have a great time with lively songs,
hilarious skits, creative crafts, exciting games, Bible stories and tasty
snacks- all of the things that make Vacation Bible School so much fun for kids!
