shirts with button front, a hood and two chest pockets. Style name
"Pluto Flannel" and Style No. 41204106 is printed on a label sewn
inside the wearer's left side seam. "O'NEILL" is printed on a label
sewn inside the back neck.

Intercon, Inc. is recalling Sonoma Valley Swivel Top Bar Stool 24"
or 30" models sold at Haverty's Furniture stores nationwide from
October 2010 to March 2012. The bolts attaching the top of the bar
stool to the leg assembly can come loose, causing the seat to
dislodge, resulting in a fall hazard.
This
recall involves wooden bar stools with a chair top swivel seat. This
recall involves bar stools sold between October 2010 through March
2012 which are 24" or 30" in height and have the model numbers
"SV-BS-760SW-AMR-C24" or "SV-BS-760SW-AMR-C30." The model number
does not appear on the stool.
Havertys is providing a repair kit and will send a technician to
consumers to install replacement bolts at no cost. The firm is
contacting its customers directly.

nationwide from January 2011 to March 2012. The L-shaped mounting
straps used to attach the bicycle rack to the front of the bicycle

recall involves all Salsa Minimalist bicycle racks sold after
January 2011. The recalled bicycle racks have steel mounting
brackets, identified as straps, with a single hole in the center

POOL SLIDES
Wal-Mart Stores Inc., of Bentonville, Ark. and Toys R Us Inc., of
Wayne, NJ are announcing the recall of about 21,000 inflatable
Banzai in-ground pool water slides sold nationwide from January 2005
to June 2009. During use, the slide can deflate, allowing the user
to hit the ground underneath the slide and become injured. The slide
is also unstable and can topple over in both still and windy
conditions and carries inadequate warnings and instructions.
The
recall involves Banzai in-ground pool water slides designed for use
with in-ground pools. The words 'Banzai Splash' are printed in a
circular blue, orange and white logo, shaped like a wave on either
side of the slide. The recalled slides have the barcode number
2675315734 and model number 15734. Both the barcode and model number
appear on the original packaging but are not on the actual slide.
Consumers should return it to the nearest Walmart or Toys R Us for a
full refund.

Kolcraft is recalling Kolcraft Tender Vibes & Light Vibes bassinets
sold nationwide from July 2008 to May 2012. The latches that attach
the bassinet base onto the metal frame can appear to be locked in
place but still remain unlocked. This allows the bassinet to become
detached from the metal frame, causing the bassinet to fall.
This
recall includes Kolcraft Tender Vibes bassinets with model numbers
KB021-ARC, KB022-VER, KB039-CMR1 and Light Vibes bassinet with model
number KB043-BNT1. A label with the model/item number of the
bassinet is located on one of the legs of the metal frame. The words
