BOYS' JOGGING SUITS 

Hot Chocolate is recalling M.M.M. Boys' Jogging Suits sold exclusively at dd's discount stores nationwide from December 2011 to January 2012. The jacket of this jogging suit has a drawstring at the waist that could become snagged or caught in small spaces or vehicle doors and it poses an entanglement hazard. 

This recall involves M.M.M. 100% polyester boys' two-color jogging suits. "M.M.M." appears on the label stitched into the back of the neck. 

Consumers should remove the waist drawstrings or return the product to a dd's Discounts store for a full refund.

BOYS' SHIRTS 

LaJolla Sport is recalling O'Neill Pluto hooded flannel shirts sold nationwide from September 2011 to December 2011. The hooded sweatshirts have drawstrings in the neck that can pose a strangulation hazard. 

This recall involves O'Neill Pluto brand, boy's flannel long sleeve shirts with button front, a hood and two chest pockets. Style name "Pluto Flannel" and Style No. 41204106 is printed on a label sewn inside the wearer's left side seam. "O'NEILL" is printed on a label sewn inside the back neck. 

Consumers should remove the drawstring from the hooded flannel shirt, to eliminate the hazard, and return the garment to the place of purchase or to the company for a full refund.

HOODED SWEATSHIRTS 

YMI Jeanswear is recalling "YMI" girls' hooded sweatshirts with drawstrings sold exclusively at dd's discount stores nationwide from December 2011 to January 2012. The sweatshirts have drawstrings at the hood that pose a strangulation hazard. 

This recall involves girls' sweatshirts sold under the brand name "YMI Jeanswear." "YMI" is printed on the label at the neck. A heart charm with "YMI" engraved on it is attached to the zipper. 

Consumers should remove the drawstrings or return the sweatshirt to a dd's Discounts store for a full refund.

GIRLS' JACKETS 

LA Fashion Hub is recalling girls' winter jackets with drawstrings sold exclusively at dd's discounts stores nationwide from January 2011 to January 2012. The jackets have a drawstring through the hood which poses a strangulation hazard. 

The recalled girls' winter jackets have drawstrings through the hoods. The jackets are polyester with polyester fill, have a front zipper, snap or Velcro closures, and different designs stamped on the collar, down the front and on the pockets, and a flower or heart design is embroidered on the front of the jackets. 

Consumers should immediately remove the drawstring to eliminate the hazard, or return the jacket to a dd's Discounts store for a full refund.

GIRLS' SWEATSHIRTS 

LANY Group is recalling "Goddess" Hooded Sweatshirts with drawstrings sold exclusively at dd's discount stores nationwide from October 2011 to January 2012. The sweatshirts have a drawstring through the hood which poses a strangulation hazard. 

The girls' sweatshirts zip up the front and have a hood with a drawstring. The sweatshirts are red with gold hearts, stars and crowns. "Goddess" is printed on a label at the neck. 

Consumers should immediately remove the drawstring to eliminate the hazard or return the sweatshirts to a dd's Discounts store for a full refund.

BAR STOOLS 

Intercon, Inc. is recalling Sonoma Valley Swivel Top Bar Stool 24" or 30" models sold at Haverty's Furniture stores nationwide from October 2010 to March 2012. The bolts attaching the top of the bar stool to the leg assembly can come loose, causing the seat to dislodge, resulting in a fall hazard. 

This recall involves wooden bar stools with a chair top swivel seat. This recall involves bar stools sold between October 2010 through March 2012 which are 24" or 30" in height and have the model numbers "SV-BS-760SW-AMR-C24" or "SV-BS-760SW-AMR-C30." The model number does not appear on the stool. 

Havertys is providing a repair kit and will send a technician to consumers to install replacement bolts at no cost. The firm is contacting its customers directly.

CHILDREN'S JACKETS 

Supreme Trading is recalling Class Club Children's Letterman Jackets sold exclusively by Dillard's nationwide from September 2011 to November 2011. Snaps on the jacket can detach, posing a choking hazard. 

This recall involves Class Club brand children's letterman jackets. A patch on the upper, right chest of the jacket reads "28 F Football Athlete State Champs." Style number "F14CL112L" is printed on the back of the sewn-in size label in the back neck. 

Consumers should return the jacket to Dillard's for a full refund.

BICYCLE RACKS 

Salsa Cycles is recalling Salsa Minimalist bicycle racks sold nationwide from January 2011 to March 2012. The L-shaped mounting straps used to attach the bicycle rack to the front of the bicycle can break and cause the rack to fall while the bicycle is in use, posing a fall hazard. 

This recall involves all Salsa Minimalist bicycle racks sold after January 2011. The recalled bicycle racks have steel mounting brackets, identified as straps, with a single hole in the center used to mount the strap to the bicycle fork. "Salsa" is printed on the side of the bicycle rack. 

Consumers should contact an authorized Salsa dealer for inspection, re-mounting or refund.

POOL SLIDES 

Wal-Mart Stores Inc., of Bentonville, Ark. and Toys R Us Inc., of Wayne, NJ are announcing the recall of about 21,000 inflatable Banzai in-ground pool water slides sold nationwide from January 2005 to June 2009. During use, the slide can deflate, allowing the user to hit the ground underneath the slide and become injured. The slide is also unstable and can topple over in both still and windy conditions and carries inadequate warnings and instructions. 

The recall involves Banzai in-ground pool water slides designed for use with in-ground pools. The words 'Banzai Splash' are printed in a circular blue, orange and white logo, shaped like a wave on either side of the slide. The recalled slides have the barcode number 2675315734 and model number 15734. Both the barcode and model number appear on the original packaging but are not on the actual slide. 

Consumers should return it to the nearest Walmart or Toys R Us for a full refund.

BASSINETS 

Kolcraft is recalling Kolcraft Tender Vibes & Light Vibes bassinets sold nationwide from July 2008 to May 2012. The latches that attach the bassinet base onto the metal frame can appear to be locked in place but still remain unlocked. This allows the bassinet to become detached from the metal frame, causing the bassinet to fall. 

This recall includes Kolcraft Tender Vibes bassinets with model numbers KB021-ARC, KB022-VER, KB039-CMR1 and Light Vibes bassinet with model number KB043-BNT1. A label with the model/item number of the bassinet is located on one of the legs of the metal frame. The words "Kolcraft Tender Vibes" or "Kolcraft Light Vibes" is located on the removable music box which is attached to the side of the bassinet.

TRAMPOLINES 

Sportspower Limited is recalling Sportspower BouncePro 14' Trampolines sold exclusively at Walmart stores nationwide  from February 2009 to February 2012 The netting surrounding these trampolines can break, allowing children to fall through the netting and be injured. 

The recall involves the Sportspower BouncePro 14' Trampolines with brown mesh netting. UPC codes 68706404210, and 68706404244 are printed on the trampoline box. "Sportspower BouncePro 14" and "TR-14-63-A" are printed on a plate on the leg of the trampoline frame.

STEP STOOLS 

Kennedy International is recalling Folding Step Stools sold nationwide and in Canada from January 2010 to January 2012. The folding step stools can break or collapse unexpectedly when in use, posing a fall hazard. 

This recall involves 9-inch and 13-inch Kennedy International folding step stools. The style number is 3575 for the 9-inch and 3576 for the 13-inch step stools. The style number is printed on a sticker on one of the legs of the stool. "Kennedy Home Collection" is also printed on a label on some of the stools.
