Sara Gieseke is ready and waiting for customers Saturday morning at Elkhart's Farmers Market. Gieseke had bedding plants and early spring vegetables for sale along with a few other items such as freshly made baked goods. The Elkhart market will be open Saturday mornings all through the summer and fall.
