Illinois country grain prices were
mixed on Wednesday.
Commercial buying late in the day
left corn and soybean values higher.
Basis along the Illinois River
terminals was lower with drops of 4 to 8 cents noted.
In Northern and Western Illinois country grain dealers quoted
shelled corn bids 2 to 5 cents higher at 7.04-7.20.
Soybean bids were 8 to 11 cents
higher at 13.94-14.08.
In Central Illinois country grain dealers quoted shelled corn
bids were 2 to 4 cents higher at 7.16-7.32.
Soybean bids were 10 to 16 cents
higher at 14.01-14.18.
In the Southern part of the state, shelled corn bids were 3 to 4
cents higher at 7.07-7.41.
Soybean bids were 10 to 16 cents
higher at 14.04-14.27.
Wheat bids were 2 to 3 cents lower
at 8.29-8.45.
