An accomplished senior executive and marketing leader, Hoagland has
more than 25 years of successful experience in marketing and
business development, covering consumer products, media,
entertainment, telecommunications and the Internet. He is widely
respected for his leadership and vision in management, sales and
marketing in the entertainment and services industries.
He has worked in key positions for such well-known firms and
brands as Liberty Media, Starz Entertainment, United Artists and
Maytag. He rapidly rose through the ranks as North America
field sales representative, product manager, marketing director,
senior vice president of marketing/sales and general manager.
Entrepreneurial by nature, Hoagland also has more than a decade
of experience in startups and turnaround management. Over the past
five years, he has made use of his unique talents and blue-chip
marketing background with major corporations in building small and
midsize businesses. He has increased sales, expanded market share,
reduced costs and streamlined operations in a wide range of
situations, including nonprofits.
