Sunday afternoon the St.
John United Church of Christ Fellowship Hall was filled with Nativity sets. Members of the congregation gathered their Nativity collections,
some of them quite extensive, and brought them to the church for
everyone to see.
The afternoon was filled with folks visiting
and reminiscing about the various sets, where they came from and
how they were acquired.
Tables were set up for folks to sit down and
enjoy a variety of homemade goodies, along with the choice of
coffee, tea or wassail.
Among the more than 130 sets on display were
several that came from other countries. Below are pictures of
some of the sets from faraway places. We'll have more
Nativities in the Wednesday edition of LDN.
