CHESTNUT -- Grace Elizabeth Sasse,
infant daughter of Nathan and Elizabeth Schertz Sasse, died
Thursday, Sept. 27, 2012, at St. John's Hospital in Springfield.

Grace Elizabeth Sasse, infant daughter
of Nathan and Elizabeth (Schertz) Sasse,
returned to the One who gave her on
September 27, 2012 at St. John's
Hospital.
Grace is survived by her parents Nathan
and Elizabeth Sasse of Chestnut, IL; her
maternal grandparents Doug and Lori
Schertz of Metamora, IL.; her paternal
grandparents David and Gail Sasse of
Beason, IL.; her maternal great
grandmother Ruby Bodtke of Dunlap, IL.;
her paternal great grandmother Lorraine
Sasse of Lincoln, IL.; and several aunts
and uncles.
She was preceded in death by her
maternal great grandparents James E.
Bodtke Jr. and Chester H. and Helen
Schertz and by her paternal great
grandparents Harold Sasse and Harold and
Rosemary Apel.

service will be held. Holland Barry
& Bennett Funeral Home in Lincoln
is handling arrangements.
The family wishes to extend
a special Thank You to the staff at St. John's Hospital
for their compassionate care.
