Illinois country grain prices were
mixed on Tuesday afternoon, with corn slightly higher and wheat
and soybeans lower.
Technical and fund selling at the
Board of Trade weighed on wheat and soybean values.
In Northern and Western Illinois country grain dealers quoted
shelled corn bids mixed at 7.25-7.42.
Soybean bids were 25 to 33 cents
lower at 14.87-15.11.
In Central Illinois country grain dealers quoted shelled corn
bids were mixed at 7.48-7.68.
Soybean bids were 28 to 32 cents
lower at 15.10-15.26.
In the Southern part of the state, shelled corn bids were mixed
at 7.40-7.73.
Soybean bids were mostly 28 to 33
cents lower at 15.00-15.27.
Wheat bids were down 10 to 16
cents at 8.37-8.60.
