Andy Stukins and his secretary, Cathy McCubbin, smile happily as the ribbon flies after they cut it Thursday evening for the opening of their new business in Mount Pulaski. Stukins has opened a Country Financial office at 123 S. Lafayette. He formerly had an office in Forsyth and was joined in his celebration by friends from his old location as well as a representative from the corporate office, chamber ambassadors and Andi Hake, director of the Lincoln/Logan County Chamber of Commerce.
