Saturday evening a good crowd turned out at the Lincoln Banquet Center for the annual United Way Tailgating for our Community fundraiser and party.

With the annual event being in October, it seemed more than fitting that the party took on a bit of a spooky atmosphere with the decor being skeletons wearing Railer football uniforms.

This old truck named "Oliver" was on loan from Marla Blair's son-in-law. It's decked out with a big old cooler and a glowing skeleton in front of the banquet center.

Inside the front door another skeletal Railer greets those coming in.

Creepy but fun, these mannequins depict a group of friends lounging around and enjoying a brew or two during the game.

Oops! Not everyone in this picture is "stuffed."

At the front door, tickets were being sold for the evening, plus for other prizes.

Marla Blair, standing, is the office administrator for United Way. She and the board members spent dozens of hours planning the party and securing donations for a variety of silent auctions.

Dani Juilfs, Miss Logan County Fair, was on hand for the evening.
