Norma Jane Billings, 87, died Sunday, Oct. 14, 2012, at 2:38 p.m. at
St. Clara's Manor.

LINCOLN-Norma Jane Billings, 87, of Lincoln died on
October 14, 2012 at St. Clara's Manor in Lincoln.
Norma was born on May 20, 1925 in Lincoln, the
daughter of William and Gertrude Huneke Przykopanski.
She married Francis L. Billings in 1947. He preceded
her in death in 1995.
Mrs. Billings was a Veteran of the Navy during World
War II. She was a member of the American Legion Post
#263 of Lincoln and the VFW Auxiliary Post 3031 of
Rogers, AR. She served on the Arkansas, Benton
County Quorum Court and was a long time employee of
the Federal Civil Service. She graduated from
Lincoln Community High School in 1943; attended
Lincoln College and North Arkansas Community
College.

She was preceded in death by her husband, her
parents, one son and two brothers. Surviving are two
daughters, Sheila Zuhlke of Youngstown, NY and Karen
Fink of Imperial Beach, CA; five grandchildren, 11
great grandchildren; one brother: Frank Przykopanski
of Lincoln; two sisters, Dorothy Morrow of Lincoln,
Lois Dutz of Mason City; and many nieces and
nephews.
Mrs. Billings was cremated. No services will be
held. Arrangements by
Fricke-Calvert-Schrader Funeral Home,
Lincoln.
