Patty L. Ewins, 68, of Lincoln, died Sunday, Oct. 21, 2012, at 5:35
a.m. at her home.

Lincoln- Patty L. Ewins, 68, of Lincoln passed away
on Sunday, October 21, 2012 at 5:35 a.m. at her home
surrounded by loved ones.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, October 26,
2012 at 10:30 a.m. the Peasley Funeral Home in
Lincoln with Mr. Maurice Stribling officiating.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 25,
2012 from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at the Funeral
Home.
Burial will be at a later date at Park Lawn Cemetery
in Danvers, Ill.
Patty Lynn Ewins was born on September 2, 1944 in
East Liverpool, Ohio the daughter of Raymond
Lawrence and Edith Vrginia Flanagan Dyke.
She married Larry E. Ewins on May 15, 1965 at the
Lincoln Christian Church. He survives.
Also surviving are her children: Pamela Sue (Roger)
Campbell, Larry (Tracy) Ewins all of Lincoln. Five
grandchildren: Evan Ewins, Damien Campbell, Lauren
Ewins, Claire Ewins, Leslie Campbell.
Her siblings: Gennie (Norman) Newhouse of Lincoln,
Bobby (Brenda) Dyke of Copley, Ohio, Shirley
Ebelherr and fiancee John Chambers of Atlanta.
Several nieces and nephews also survive.
She was preceded in death by her parents,
father-in-law, mother-in-law and one nephew Donnie
Fulk Jr.

Patty graduated from Lincoln Community High School
in 1962.
She worked at Kmart as an associate in the Customer
Service Department from 1984 until 1994.
She was a member of the Lincoln Christian Church.
Her hobbies include making quilts, volunteering at
the Lincoln / Logan County Food Pantry. She loved
spending time with her family, especially her
grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to the Lincoln/Logan Food
Pantry or Memorial Hospice.
