Police Chief Ken Greenslate helped lead the parade through intersections with Mayor Keith Snyder aka Chief Mark Miller.	Hmmm... Could this have been Greenslate and Miller 40 years ago, or are we looking at a new generation of city leaders who 40 years from now will also lead the Halloween parade through town?
