 One standing tradition at the festival, the Hoops on the Hill 3-on-3
tournament, is in danger of not taking place this year, because not
enough people have signed up to participate.The event is
scheduled to begin Sept. 8 at 8 a.m. Interested parties should fill
out the
registration form and mail it to the address provided on the
