Senior Krystine Schnautz and sophomore Alicia Carson led the way for
the Red Lions by pounding out 72 of the team's 108 kills in the
first two matches. Sophomore Emma Donnelly provided the Red Lions 68
of the team's digs on Friday. As a team, LCU manufactured a
season-high 13 blocks against Illinois College.
The Red Lions started the weekend ranked No. 5 in the NCCAA
Division II.
LCU (4-4) will have their first home match of the season when
they take on Benedictine University-Springfield, at 7 tonight
(Tuesday) in the Laughlin Center.
