MOUNT PULASKI -- Charlotte A. Bohn, 73,
of Elkhart, died Sunday, Sept. 16, 2012, at 2:30 p.m. at Memorial
Medical Center in Springfield.

Mt. Pulaski: Charlotte A. Bohn, 73, of Elkhart died
at 2:30 P.M. Sunday September 16, 2012 at Memorial
Medical Center in Springfield.
Charlotte was born October 15, 1938 at home in rural
Illiopolis, IL to Lloyd Copeland and Anna French
Payne. She married Willard Bohn on June 26, 1959 in
Lincoln, IL. He preceded her in death on November
16, 2005. She was also preceded in death by her
parents and one brother.

Charlotte worked for Lehn and Fink in Lincoln,
Nellie’s Café in Elkhart, the Williamsville IGA
Grocery Store and at the Coal Mine in Elkhart.
Surviving her are one daughter Anissa (Mike) Baunach
of Mt. Pulaski, one son James J. Bohn of Elkhart, IL, three
sisters, Mary R. Barringer of Springfield, IL, Carolyn
Veronesi of Lincoln, IL, and Marilyn (James) Taylor of Lake
Havasu City, AZ, three brothers, Darrell (Marilyn) Payne of
Morton, IL, Leon Payne of Tampa, FL, and John (Donice) Payne
of Tampa, FL, and four grandchildren, Amanda, Shawn, Derek
and Ashley.
Services will be held at 10:00 A.M. Saturday September 22,
2012 at Fricke-Calvert-Schrader Funeral Home in Mt. Pulaski
with Robert Twist officiating. Burial will be at Steenbergen
Cemetery, rural Mt. Pulaski. Visitation will be Friday
evening from 4:00-7:00 P.M. at the funeral home. Memorials
may be made to the Elkhart Rescue Squad or the family of
Charlotte Bohn.
