Lola Louise "French" Crowell, 68, of Lincoln, died Tuesday, Sept.
18, 2012, at 12:37 a.m. at Memorial Medical Center in Springfield.

LINCOLN-Lola Louise "French" Crowell, 68, of Lincoln
died at 12:37 a.m. on September 18, 2012 at Memorial
Medical Center, Springfield, IL.
Lola was born on December 22, 1943 in Lincoln, IL
the daughter of Loren Robert and Shirley Ann
McConnell French. She married Billy Joe Crowell, but
was later divorced. Her companion, George Malone,
survives.

Lola is survived by a son: Jody Crowell of Lincoln
and a daughter: Tami Harris of Springfield, IL; two
half brothers: Allen and Terry French of Conroe, TX;
and eight grandchildren.
Services for Lola will be Friday, September 21, 2012
at 1:00 p.m. at Fricke-Calvert-Schrader Funeral
Home, Lincoln with Rev. Christopher Decker
officiating. Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. to
1:00 p.m. prior to the service on Friday. Burial
will be in Mt. Pulaski Cemetery, Mt. Pulaski, IL.
Memorials may be given to the donor's choice.
