Illinois country grain prices were
higher on Monday afternoon.
Soybean values drew strength from
technical buying at the Board of Trade, stronger soybean oil
values, and good export inspection figures.
Stronger wheat values were
supported by good export interest and the cold temperatures in
the weather forecast for the Plains states.
In Northern and Western Illinois country grain dealers quoted
shelled corn bids were 4 to 5 cents higher at 6.33-6.48.
Soybean bids were 16 to 20 cents
higher at 13.78-13.95.
In Central Illinois country grain dealers quoted shelled corn
bids were 2 to 4 cents higher at 6.42-6.53.
Soybean bids were 18 to 20 cents
higher at 13.92-14.08.
In the Southern part of the state, shelled corn bids were 3 to 5
cents higher at 6.20-6.62.
Soybean bids were 15 to 16 cents
higher at 13.92-14.10.

higher at 7.00-7.17.
