Illinois country grain prices were
mixed on Tuesday afternoon, with corn and soybean futures higher
and wheat slightly lower.
Technical trading at the Board of
Trade helped to move prices for corn, soybeans and wheat.
Many trader's prepared for
Wednesday's release of new Supply Demand estimates by the USDA.
In Northern and Western Illinois country grain dealers quoted
shelled corn bids were 10 to 11 cents higher at 6.44-6.58.
Soybean bids were 17 to 20 cents
higher at 13.98-14.12.
In Central Illinois country grain dealers quoted shelled corn
bids were 10 to 11 cents higher at 6.53-6.63.
Soybean bids were 16 to 20 cents
higher at 14.12-14.24.
In the Southern part of the state, shelled corn bids were 6 to
10 cents higher at 6.26-6.72.
Soybean bids were 16 to 18 cents
higher at 14.10-14.26.
Wheat bids were mostly 3 to 7
cents lower at 6.96-7.17.
