Jerry Wayne Bragg Sr., 75, of Lincoln, passed away April 11, 2013 at St. John's Hospital in Springfield, IL.

Visitation will be from 4-7 PM Monday, April 15, 2013 at Holland Barry & Bennett Funeral Home in Lincoln. Funeral services will be at 11:00 AM Tuesday, April 16, 2013 at Holland Barry & Bennett Funeral Home with Ron Otto officiating. Burial will follow in New Union Cemetery, Lincoln.

Jerry was born April 8, 1938 in Bruce, IL., the son of Francis H. and Maye Bermandine (Bathe) Bragg. He was united in marriage to Marlene (Mefferd).

He was a member of Lincoln Christian Church, the LinPro Squaredancers, and was a truck driver for many years.

Surviving are his wife Marlene of Lincoln, IL., son Jerry Wayne Bragg Jr. and wife Barbara of Chestnut, IL., son Jesse W. Bragg and wife Jeanne of Rural Beason, IL., daughter Theresa J. McGee and husband Timothy of Lincoln, IL., son Daniel L. Bragg and wife Genevieve of Montana, daughter Cathy Jo Lieters and husband James of Lincoln, NE., step daughter Pam Guzynski and husband Geoff of Flossmoor, IL., step daughter Kay Oaks and husband Marcus of Crestwood, MO., 20 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, brother Jim Bragg and wife Jenny of Maroa, IL., brother Ken Bragg and wife Carol of Tyrone, GA., sister Rosie Hawkins and husband Jack of Lawrenceburg TN., brother Joe Bragg and wife Nelly of Jacksonville, FL., sister Joyce Montgomery and husband Larry of Fort Branch, IN., and sister Judy O'Donoghue and husband Pat of Lincoln, IL.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his brother Francis Bragg Jr., and sister Patty Ann Bragg.
